Are hosting fees included?

All hosting and licensing fees are included in the monthly fee.

Are service fees included?

Full Support with SLAs is included in the monthly fee.

Are there any other costs?

There is a one-off onboarding fee for, costs associated with setting up the platform, including integration with existing systems and data migration. This will be quoted for on completion of the PoC.

The service fee includes database hosting. If external database hosting is required in a region not supported by Microsoft Azure, this will need to be costed seperately.

Other costs which are not included are:

  • WhatsApp Conversations
  • Vehicle Lookups Service
  • Any other Third Party APIs which are not included in the platform
  • Payment Gatway fees
Can I host the platform myself?

The platform operates on a SaaS model, and at this time, self-hosting is not an option.

However, if there is a need for external database hosting in a region that is not supported by Microsoft Azure due to data residency compliance, it can be accommodated. Please note that the costs associated with database hosting will not be covered in the monthly fee.

We understand that developing a Proof of Concept (POC) is critical in creating a successful insurance product. We offer POC development services so customers can test our platform and see its capabilities before committing to a subscription.

After the POC development phase, customers can subscribe to our platform for a monthly fee, which gives them access to all the features and tools needed to build, manage, and distribute their insurance products. We believe in fair pricing, and our subscription fee is competitive and based on the product's level of usage and complexity. Additionally, we charge a transaction fee for each policy sold, which is only applicable when customers generate revenue from their products. This model ensures that our customers only pay for what they use and keeps their costs in line with their business growth.
