Are hosting fees included?
All hosting and licensing fees are included in the monthly fee.
Are service fees included?
Full Support with SLAs is included in the monthly fee.
Are there any other costs?
There is a one-off onboarding fee for, costs associated with setting up the platform, including integration with existing systems and data migration. This will be quoted for on completion of the PoC.
The service fee includes database hosting. If external database hosting is required in a region not supported by Microsoft Azure, this will need to be costed seperately.
Other costs which are not included are:
- WhatsApp Conversations
- Vehicle Lookups Service
- Any other Third Party APIs which are not included in the platform
- Payment Gatway fees
Can I host the platform myself?
The platform operates on a SaaS model, and at this time, self-hosting is not an option.
However, if there is a need for external database hosting in a region that is not supported by Microsoft Azure due to data residency compliance, it can be accommodated. Please note that the costs associated with database hosting will not be covered in the monthly fee.
